We are a couples program that is geared towards couples in recovery. Our program is unique, in that we encourage the couples to work together, because we know that in order for them to succeed, they have better odds if they are learning their skills together. Each week you will meet not only with your therapist and/or counselor for individual sessions, but you will also meet with your couples therapist as a couple.

We use the Gottman approach and Emotional Focused Therapy as a core of our program.
Our couples have a completion rate of over 85%! We also offer parenting classes for the individuals or couples that have children and want to obtain or refresh their skills on successful parenting.

About Trinity Behavioral Health Centers

At Trinity Behavioral Health, we provide customized care for each individual. We know that one approach doesn’t work for every single person. When our patients follow clinical recommendations and work diligently, we have amazing success rates. The individualized treatment approach helps to create a program designed to achieve sobriety and success, as well as appropriately addressing mental health disorders. We specialize in (MAT) Medication Assisted Treatment and couples in treatment. We are exclusively an evidence based treatment facility.

Our Rehab Program

Each patient receives their own program, but there are part of treatment that everyone will participate in. Rehab treatment programs can vary in length,  depending on the medical necessity and recovery progress of the patient. For best results, we encourage our patients to stay for the entire recommended duration. Typically, that can range from 30 to 60 or 90 days. During that time, the individual will receive clinical therapy and addiction education, as well as family education and life skills needed to assure success after treatment.

Types of Therapy

At Trinity Behavioral Health, our staff is trained in numerous types of therapy that are clinically proven to help with addiction recovery and prevent relapses. For each individual patient we create a unique rehab treatment program that utilizes one or more of these therapy options.  We understand that each patient is facing a different set of challenges and stresses in their life. Our treatment team learns the best approach for each individual by thoroughly assessing and providing extensive care and attention to the individual. The therapy that we provide includes:

  • Dialectical Behavioral Therapy
  • Motivational Enhancement Therapy
  • Cognitive Behavioral Therapy
  • One-on-One Counseling
  • Psychotherapy
  • Stress Management

The members of our clinical staff are experts in all forms of addiction and rehab therapies. Our specialists will determine the specific challenges of a patient and create a program that is the best treatment approach for each individual.
